Peter Sony Ericsson makes some of the best camera phones around, taking the photographic skills of the Cyber Shot range, and then places them into mobiles. But its latest handset, thought to pack a 16MP super-snapper, might be a little overload.
The as yet unknown mobile was spotted leaving the FCC, which points towards a 2011 launch for the camera phone. This comes to say the camera-packing smarty will be powered by a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, with a touchscreen and slide-out keyboard. (more…)

Sony Ericsson widens the series of smartphones with the release of Xperia. Xperia X8 is using the old version of the Google’s Android 1.6 Operating System. The Xperia X8 is a mid-range device with a larger screen. Xperia X8 handles a large number of the high-end applications.
The display screen of this device is of 3 inches with 320×480 pixels of resolution. This TFT capacitive touch screen comes along with scratch-resistant surface, accelerometer Sensor for auto-rotate, proximity sensor for auto turn-off and Timescape user interface.
