From the last one week O2 was receiving complains from their customers regarding low or no signal, call dropping and SIM registration failure. According to the reports some O2 customer’s mobile phones were showing” SIM Registration Failed” message and there have been cases of showing low or no coverage messages on some phones that annoyed various O2 customers. Some customers have also reported dropping calls.

 
O2 says network issues that affected customers in the UK and those who travelling overseas have now been fully resolved. Now customers will not face such kind of problems in the future. Once again O2 network service team flagged the user and manually reconnected them to the best network of UK. Customers can now enjoy there services without any fear of network failure.
